Service-Based Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense. However, we do offer the following resolution paths:
1. Project Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re unsatisfied with the scope or quality of work delivered, please contact us within 7 business days of service completion. We’ll work with you to:

Clarify any misunderstandings,

Offer reasonable revisions where applicable,

Or issue a partial refund if deliverables did not meet agreed-upon expectations.
2. Cancellations

For project-based engagements, cancellations made prior to project kickoff may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any non-recoverable planning or setup costs.

For recurring or retainer services, we require a 14-day notice for cancellation. Prepaid but unused time may be prorated and refunded at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Services

Strategy sessions, audits, and advisory calls are non-refundable once delivered.

Custom-built AI tools, models, or integrations are also non-refundable once in development or delivered.
